Paderborn County  - Employment Agency

There are different authorities and administrations responsible for educational development and support in the area.

We were welcomed by county commissioner Manfred Müller. Together with the head of the "Eduction Office", Dr. Vorndran, we discussed topics like inclusion, migrants, STEM and transition from school  to the labor market. Both, Mr. Müller and Dr. Vorndran answered questions. The whole group found out many similarities between their countries.

After that we had an appointment with Mr. Nofts (Employment Agneny). He is a councillor supporting students to find studies, universities or apprenticeships.  The Employment Agency offers vocational guidance for every student who is about to leave school.
